Practice and training in Forex
One option, which gives individuals a great basis, is to take classes. Take classes at universities, colleges, or institutions-whatever is available to you. There aren't many trading classes per se, but there are many economics and finance classes offered which are extremely helpful in learning about the Foreign Exchange market. Their curriculum oftentimes focuses exactly on those subjects that are important to you as a trader. Once you have an understanding of the market, you could choose to simply "go for it" and begin to trade.
Another option is to take advantage of all the tools that can be found online. Many Forex training software exist and just as many practice software exist. Some teach via simulations, others via literature. There are sites designed especially for beginners, for intermediate, and for experienced traders. Based on your level of expertise and your preferred learning method choose which site and software is most suitable for you.
Proper training is crucial. Trading is a skill-and skills need to be developed and then worked on. Whichever way you chose to learn and to practice-make sure that it encompasses the following subjects:
> The market - know the history, terminology, charts, and understand the basics of trading.
> Practice/simulation opportunities - you need plenty of practice opportunities because hands-on experience is irreplaceable.
> Strategy Tools - you need to learn how to strategize and how to control risk.
> Methods of forecasting - know the different techniques and how to implement them.
> Use online resources to trade - learn where and how to open accounts as to trade online with the best conditions and in real-time.
